Administration compelled for negotiation

Post Master General (M.M.) called the Convenor of Postal JCA today (on 13-09-2012) at 11-30 hrs. The meeting continued up to 13-30 hrs, regarding MMS Schedule a committee constitute and will discuss on 20th September, 2012 at 10-00 hrs comprising Drivers and Mail Guards.
Rest of the issues also discussed.
