The Meeting regarding MNOP will be held on 2nd November, 2012 with Member(O) at 3 pm. Secretary General of NFPE & FNPO will attend the meeting.
The following Proposals were forwarded to Federation and CHQ in addition to our previous proposal in c/w MNOP. 

1.         All the SH will be under the control of RMS Division, because the RMS Staff are specialized for sorting work.

2.                   More SHs are required in Major Dist. consigned Mail Office.

            3.                   More ICSHs to be opened. 

4.                   More L1 offices in each circles are required as per the proposal already been submitted. 

5.                   HOC will be authorized to open the more L1 offices with consultation with Staff Side. 

6.                   Introduction of Mail bags in between one L2 office to another L2 office within the circle to avoid back routing of Mails. 

7.                   Authorize HOC for necessary Mail Arrangement instead of Directorate.
