Notice of Circle Council Meeting

N O T I C E

            It is hereby notified that the Circle Council meeting of All India R.M.S. & M.M.S. Employees Union, Group- ‘C’, West Bengal circle will be held on 4^th & 5^th February, 2013 at D.L. Roy Institute, Ranaghat, Nadia to discuss the following items of agenda.

            In this connection attention of all Branch and Divisional Secretaries are invited to Article No. 51 of the Union Constitution.

            The Council Meeting will start at 11-30 am on the 4^th February, 2013 and all are requested to reach the venue within 10-00 am on the date mentioned above.

       Items of Agenda:

1.                    Adoption of report.

2.                   R.M.S. & M.M.S. Problems

a)                  MNOP, AMPC, CRC’s, SPCC. SH, MMS Schedules, Recruitment in all Cadres, Purchase of Spare Parts.

b)                  Promotional prospect in all Cadre.

3.                   Review of Postal Strike of 28^th February, 2012 and 12^th December, 2012.

4.                   Organizational review & Problems.

5.                   United Movement- 12^th July Committee, C.G.C.C. & Other Organization.  

6.                   Ensuing Programme on 20^th & 21^st February, 2013.

7.                   Adoption of Resolution.

8.                   Financial Review of the Circle Union.

9.                   Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

10.                Vote of Thanks.
