In Formal Meeting of Circle Working Committee Held on 10/02/2015

Informal meeting of Circle Working Committee of AIRMS & MMS Eu. Gr. ’C’, W. B. Circle was held on 10/02/2015. The following items of agenda were discussed and decided in the meeting.

1) Joint Circle Working Committee meeting of AIRMS & MMS EU. Gr. ‘C’, Mail Guard and MTS GR. ‘C’ will be held on 17^th February 2015 at Tarapada Memorial Hall at 11:00 hrs. sharp.

2) Tour Programmes will be conducted by the leaders of both the Circle Unions jointly upto the Branch levels of different divisions i/c/w ensuing programmes at the call of CHQ and Federations.

3) Divisional leadership will have to take intense initiative i/c/w ensuing Parliament March on 28^th April 2015 so that at least 5 members from each division union may participate at the Programme.

4) Kolkata based Division Unions should ensure massive participation in the rally of 13^th Feb 2015 at Rani Rashmoni Road, Y. Channel.

5) Demonstration and rally at the every division on 18^th March 2015 and that at Y. Bhawan on 8^th April 2015 at the call of Circle Union.

6) Seminar for Working Women Group R- III, NFPE, W. B. Circle, will be held on 4^th March 2015. Venue and time will be communicated later.
