Informal meeting with the PMG (Mails & BD) held on 22/09/2016



An informal meeting with the Postmaster General (Mail & BD) was held on 22nd September’2016. Various burning issues of different RMS and MMS offices were discussed. Drafting of Staff from Kolkata RMS DN to other offices, proper infrastructure of Parcel Hub of Kolkata RMS Dn. and M/A Howrah, posting of PO and  RMS Accountant against the vacant Posts of RMS ‘H’ Dn., engagement of substitutes against GDS proceeding on leave, DRM issues etc got the top priority in the discussion. Hon’ble PMG (Mails & BD) assured the leaders to look into the problems with positive approach. Both the Circle Secretary and Divisional Secretary R-III, Kolkata RMS Dn. participated in the meeting.
