11th Joint Biennial Circle Conference Ended With Grand Success. Red Salute to the Reception Committee and All Comrades of RMS SB Division.

11^th Joint Biennial Circle Conference which was started at Purulia from 5^th   February 2016 preceding the Circle Council Meeting on 4^th February 2016, ended on 7^th February 2016 with grand success. The Reception Committee and all Comrades of RMS SB Div. exerted their all effort to achieve the Conference a complete success and they have done it. Red salute to Reception Committee, all Comrades of RMS SB Division and all the leaders, guests, delegates, visitors who cooperated to make the Conference a grand success.
