Circle Union wrote regarding NORMS

 Sub: Norms.

Sir,

            After a long time the norms of Speed Posts and others were issued and circulated from the Directorate.

             Before introduction of Norms an unnecessary harassment of Staff were going on though there were a cut-off time.

             After issuing C.O. letter no. EST/Norms/RMS/2011 Dt.18.01.2013 (Which was not circulated to the Service Unions) a new formula adopted that, all the bags received by the Set to be opened which is totally contradictory of the norms specified from Directorate.

             So we want a details discussion to avoid any detention of public mails as the Staff are sole responsible for implementation of any kind of new Scheme or proposals. So their valuable opinions are required in practical field which is not taken into account.
