MEETING OF NFPE LEADERS WITH 7th CENTRAL PAY COMISSION AT NEW DELHI

A meeting of NFPE Leaders consisting Coms. R.N. Parashar Secretary General NFPE, Giriraj Singh , General Secretary-R-III, N. Subramanian General Secretary P-III, R. Seethalakshmi General Secretary P-IV, P. Suresh  General Secretary R-IV , Pranab Bhattacharya General Secretary Admn., T. Satyanarayana General Secretary Postal Accounts, Virendra Tiwari General Secretary AIPSBCOEA, Pandu Ranga Rao General Secretary GDS(NFPE), R. Shivanarayana President P-III, S.K. Bardhan President R-III, S.P. Kulkarni President AIPSBCOEA, Balwinder Singh Treasurer P-III, Manohar Lal  Vice President P-IV,K.P.Singh AGS R-III was held with Chairman of 7^th CPC Justice A.K. Mathur alongwith Smt. Meena Agrawal , Secretary, Shri Jayanyt Sinha Jt. Secretary , Shri Vivek Rae Member, Shri Y. Shukla, Director, Shri Rajeev Mishra Advisor, Shri Mudit  Mittal Director, at 7^th CPC Office Chhatrapati Shivaji Bhawan Qutab Institutional Area , New Delhi.

Com. R.N. Parashar, Secretary General NFPE after welcoming Chairman & other members initiated oral evidence on memorandum submitted by NFPE. He narrated all important points related to Postal, RMS, MMS, Admn, Offices, Postal Accounts, SBCO and GDS issues alongwith Casual Labourers issues. All General Secretaries of NFPE affiliated unions presented their sectional issues very nicely.

The most important thing of this meeting was that Chairman gave a patient hearing on GDS issues. Com. P. Panduranga Rao General Secretary, GDS (NFPE) presented the case of GDS in perfect manner and again submitted a copy of memorandum to Chairman, Hon!ble  Chairman  also gave positive assurances on most of the issues.

Meeting was ended in a very co-ordial environment.

Rally at Rani Rashmoni Road on 8th April 2015

Broader United Movement Committee, West Bengal Circle has called for a mass rally at the Rani Rashmoni Road at 15:00 hrs on 8^th  April 2015 on Pay Commission and other issues.

All are requested to take part in the rally considering the need of the today’s situation.

Massive Demonstration Programme at the CPMG’s Office, Yagayog Bhawan During Tiffin hours on 26/03/2015

A massive demonstration at the Call of Postal Co-ordination Committee, West Bengal Circle will be launched at the office of CPMG, Yogayog Bhawan during tiffin hours on 26^th March’2015 demanding immediate payment of arrears of Part Time Contingent Paid Workers and Payment of wages of DRMS without further delay.

Demonstration Programme Held In All the RMS Divisions, West Bengal Circle on 18/03/2015

As per decision taken in the Circle Council Meeting held on 15^th – 16^th January’2015, demonstration programmes on local issues were held on 18^th March’2015 in all the RMS Divisions of West Bengal Circle.  Major section of members participated in the programmes with much enthusiasm as per reports received from the Division level. Memorandum with specific Charter of Demands on burning issues, were submitted to the Divisional heads jointly by AIRMS & MMS EU Gr. ‘C’ and Mail Guard and MTS Gr. ‘C’. Date of Programmes of agitation at the Circle level on these issues will be communicated to the divisional unions later on.

Congratulations to all the members of NFPE, WB Circle for making the demonstration programmes at the Divisional level a grand success.

Meeting of Working Women Group held on 4th March’2015

A General Body Meeting of Working Women Group RMS & MMS Employees' Union, West Bengal Circle was held on 4^th March’2015 at Kolkata GPO Auditorium. Com. Sumitra Goswami, Leader of Central Government Employees’ Co-ordination Committee addressed the meeting as the main speaker. She in her maiden speech  inspired the working women group for taking active part in the ensuing struggles at the call of our Federation and All India Central Trade Union. Com. Swati Roy Bera, Convener of Working Women Group All India RMS and MMS Employees Union, Com. S. K. Bardhan, President CHQ and both the Circle Secretaries of R- III and R- IV, W. B Circle were present in the meeting.
