The Study Camp organized by AIRMS R- III and AIRMS R-IV of
West Bengal Circle, was completed on 9th September 2017 with Grand
Success at Tarapado Memorial Hall . Com. Tapan Dasgupta, Jt. Convener, 12th July
Committee, inaugurated the Camp. Com. Puranjay Lahiri, Ex. Circle Secretary and
Ex. AGS R-III, CHQ delivered his valuable speech on the subject "Communalism and Our Task”. Another
attractive and valuable speech on “SAMAJ BIKASHER DHARA”, was
delivered by Com. Bijon Chakraborty , Asst Circle Secretary , P- 3 , West
Bengal Circle through Audio Visual system.
All the Office Bearers of the both of
the Circle Union and all the Divisional Executive Members of different
Divisions of the Circle was present in the Study Camp. All most 160 participants
took part in the Study Camp.

over the whole programme.
