CPMG , RECEIVED MEMORANDUM FROM THE LEADERS OF AIRMS & MMS EU ON 26/092016

Circle Unions of R- III & R -IV organized a massive sit down Demonstration on 26th September 2016 during 13:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs at 5th floor , Yogayong Bhawan at the Call of CHQ. R- III & R - IV. A Memorandum with 15 Points Charter of demands was submitted to the CPMG by the Circle Unions. Circle Secretaries, President of R- IV Union and one of the Vice President of R-III Union met CPMG and discussed the charter of demands in brief. The Hon'ble CPMG cordially discussed with the leaders and assured to look into the matters positively.

Circle Union will Arrange Dharna Programme at the Office of the CPMG on 26/09/2016

At the Call of CHQ, in pursuance of the decision taken at last AIC held at Pethapur, Gujrat during 21^st to 24^th June 2016, Circle Union of R- III and R- IV, W. B. Circle will arrange Dharna Programme during 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs on 26/09/2016 at the office of CPMG, Yogayong Bhawan, Kolkata – 12 on 14 points charter of long pending demands.

Members are requested to join enmass to make the programme grand success.

Informal meeting with the PMG (Mails & BD) held on 22/09/2016

An informal meeting with the Postmaster General (Mail & BD) was held on 22^nd September’2016. Various burning issues of different RMS and MMS offices were discussed. Drafting of Staff from Kolkata RMS DN to other offices, proper infrastructure of Parcel Hub of Kolkata RMS Dn. and M/A Howrah, posting of PO and  RMS Accountant against the vacant Posts of RMS ‘H’ Dn., engagement of substitutes against GDS proceeding on leave, DRM issues etc got the top priority in the discussion. Hon’ble PMG (Mails & BD) assured the leaders to look into the problems with positive approach. Both the Circle Secretary and Divisional Secretary R-III, Kolkata RMS Dn. participated in the meeting.
