Joint Circle Working Committee Meeting of R-III & R-IV held on 07-03-2014

Important Decision taken:

1. To participate in the massive Demonstration to be held during Tiffin Hours on 13-03-2014 (Thursday) at 5th Floor at Yogayog Bhawan to protest against Victimization for Trade Union activities and unwanted interference of Circle Administration over Divisional Authorities.

2. To submit Memorandum with following Demands to the Divisional Heads (RMS) within Seven (7) days and to forward the copy thereof to the Circle Unions for taking further course of action.

Demands:

(a) Filling up the vacant Posts of LSG, HSG-II & HSG-I.

(b) Holding of DPC in respect of promotion of MTS Gr. 'C' and Mail Guard from GDS and MTS Gr. 'C' respectively on seniority basis.

(c) Stop harassment in respect of increase of Output, Granting of Leaves including CCL and immediate settlement of all Medical Claim.

(d) Supply of Uniform, Shoes, Soaps, good quality of Wax, Stationaries, Computer accessories etc. and replacement of Old Trolleys.

(e) Holding of Monthly Meeting at regular measure.

(f) One of the burning problems of the Division.

3. To attend Seminar on 14th March, 2014 (Friday) at ABTA Hall at 3 P.M. on the occasion of International Women Day.

4. A special Circle Working Committee Meeting to be held on 23rd March, 2014 from 10-00 hrs at 14th Floor of Yogayog Bhawan in connection with Organizational Convention of Postal Co-ordination Committee to be held on that day.

5. To convene joint working committee meeting at Divisional level within this Month for Review of last Strike and to decide the future course of action in order to face the present situation.

6. Circle Office Bearers will visit different Divisions and Branches for Organizational purposes and from 3rd week of March.

7. Verification of membership is likely to be started. Take intensive initiatives to strengthen the Organization by enlisting the new officials to our Organization.
