            TODAY MORNING (25th  SEPTEMBER) SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF POSTS INFORMED COM. M. KRISHNAN, SECRETARY GENERAL, NFPE OVER PHONE THAT CABINET HAS APPROVED THE GDS BONUS CEILING ENHANCED TO RS.3500.
